Christmas Recipes as seen on “Indy Style”

As a chef, I am all about indulging on irresistible, homemade holiday fare. I munch on the sugar cookies, sip the homemade eggnog, and dig into my husband’s preparation of biscuits and gravy on Christmas morning. Since I’m in charge of Christmas Day dinner, however, I plan for lean proteins and vegetables, keeping all of us feeling light-ish and satisfied, not sluggish or over stuffed. Roasted Christmas Beef Tenderloin with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Sautéed Cremini and Wild Mushrooms

Crispy Roasted Red Potato Slices
