Christmas Recipes as seen on “Indy Style”
As a chef, I am all about indulging on irresistible, homemade holiday fare. I munch on the sugar cookies, sip the homemade eggnog, and dig into my husband’s preparation of biscuits and gravy on Christmas morning. Since I’m in charge of Christmas Day dinner, however, I plan for lean proteins and vegetables, keeping all of us feeling light-ish and satisfied, not sluggish or over stuffed. This is my Christmas Day menu that has been my family’s tradition for years.

Roasted Christmas Beef Tenderloin with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Sautéed Cremini and Wild Mushrooms

Crispy Roasted Red Potato Slices

I'm a chef nutritionist, not the food police. I eat cookies but make sure to eat my broccoli too.
