Frankenstein Jackfruit Head

1 jackfruit
2 large pitted black olives
1/2 rambutan fruit skin (from the Witches Brew)
1 red bell pepper, cut into a ghoulish mouth shape
2 small hot chili peppers about the size of an ear
2 button mushrooms

Cut off an inch of the stem end of the jackfruit so that it can stand upright.

Using toothpicks, attach the olives for the eyes, rambutan skin for the nose, bell pepper for the mouth, chili peppers for the ears, and mushrooms on the sides of the “neck.”
