Ricotta-Stuffed Jackfruit with Cinnamon

These stuffed jackfruits are sweet and creamy enough to serve as dessert. You can enjoy them right away with a fork-and-knife wrap them individually and freeze, nibbling on them as a frozen treat. Pull them from the freezer a couple of minutes before biting into.
