I created this grilled chicken recipe as an ode to the warmer weather and the outdoor grilling that comes with it. My Cajun-Spiced Grilled Chicken is bright with apple cider vinegar and fresh parsley, a refreshing change of pace from sticky-sweet bottled barbecue sauces.
