Michelle’s Nutrition Career Recognized By Alma Mater

What is the recipe for a successful career in dietetics as a registered dietitian? Combine an excellent education, hard work, and a willingness to listen with grandma’s wisdom. This week, the University of Wisconsin named graduate Michelle Dudash the CALS Star of the week for her outstanding contribution to improving the health of Americans across the country. Dudash, a seasoned chef and nutrition expert, has been helping Americans improve their diet for over ten years. Dudash appears regularly on television and writing articles and recipes for national magazines and newspapers. Recently, she started her own blog about her daily food experiences, “I enjoy fielding the many questions about how to cook food, where to buy it, how to prepare it, and how it affects health,” said Dudash.
