Ok, so maybe I’m more likely to be splashing in the pool with the kids, or dashing from my air conditioned car into the house. And humidity? This desert girl is all about the “dry heat.” But there’s no reason why I can’t introduce a little Southern flavor to the dinner table.

I created this grilled “pork ‘n’ peaches” for Food Network’s “Healthy Eats” blog. I pair the juicy sweetness of both lean pork tenderloin and peaches for a sweet and smoky dinner. Just 5-ingredients before y’all can have a taste of the South on your plate. Now isn’t that just lovely?
