Grilled Pork Tenderloin & Peaches for Food Network’s “Healthy Eats”
Summertime means rocking on a porch with an ice-y cold glass of tea in hand, failing miserably at cutting through the heavy heat and humidity with a flimsy paper fan.
Ok, so maybe I’m more likely to be splashing in the pool with the kids, or dashing from my air conditioned car into the house. And humidity? This desert girl is all about the “dry heat.” But there’s no reason why I can’t introduce a little Southern flavor to the dinner table.
