About the Company
Founded in 2003 by Michelle Dudash, Chef Dudash Nutrition (Dudash Enterprises, LLC) is a nutrition and culinary firm specializing in nutrition communications, recipe development, and nutrition analysis. The company is based in Gilbert (Phoenix), Arizona and nationally services media outlets, food and nutritional industries, food service operations, professional organizations, and a variety of other corporations.

In the Community
Michelle takes great pleasure in giving back to the community. As a member of Les Dames D’Escoffier, she donates her resources to the St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance Community Kitchen, which benefits homeless and disadvantaged people with foodservice job training. Active in her profession, she serves as a mentor to Arizona State University dietetic students and is a guest lecturer, and precepts additional interns through out the year. She currently serves as president-elect of the Arizona Dietetic Association.
Internships and Student Experiences
Chef Dudash Nutrition offers a variety of volunteer experiences for students and interns.
1. Each semester, Michelle accepts up to three students enrolled in Nutrition 400 or 401 at Arizona State University. If you would like to be placed with Chef Dudash Nutrition, we recommend that you make this request with your professor on the first day of class.
2. Each year, Michelle serves as a preceptor to dietetic interns in the Maricopa County Department of Public Health, Arizona State University, and Arizona State University Masters Program Enrichment experience.
3. Michelle occasionally accepts students living in the Phoenix area who are enrolled in distant learning programs.
4. Michelle occasionally accepts students enrolled in culinary programs.
General FAQs
Q: I’m a healthcare professional or patient. Can I refer patients to Michelle for her to counsel? Can I make an appointment with Michelle?
Michelle is not accepting new patients and does not accept insurance. To find a dietitian in your area, visit eatright.org.
Q: Can I hire Michelle to come to my house and work with me to give my fridge and pantry contents a healthy makeover?
Michelle offers an in-home service at an executive level. Please contact us directly for rates.
Q: I saw Michelle on TV and can’t find the recipes on the station’s website. Can you send me the recipe?

Q: Which companies does Michelle recommend for a healthier home-delivered meal service?
Michelle enjoyed a free 3-day trial of Sunfare. It has a variety of plans to fit your nutritional needs and budget.
Q: I’d like Michelle to try my product. What is the best way to go about doing this?
Before sending product, please read Michelle’s product review policy. If you meet her parameters, email us your product’s website, nutritional information and ingredient list. We will let you know if we are interested in sampling the product. A product sampling does not guarantee a review.
Q: Can Michelle come to my house to deliver a one-on-one cooking lesson?
Michelle is available for private one-on-one cooking classes, with prices starting at $750 for a 2 1/2 hour session. Please contact us to inquire for more details.

Michelle genuinely appreciates your interest in her work and is flattered! Michelle serves as a volunteer mentor in the ADA Dietetic Practice Groups Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Food and Culinary Professionals. If you are a member of these organizations, you may request Michelle as a mentor. Limited slots are available. If you are not a member of these groups, Michelle is available for individual private consultation at an hourly rate. Please contact us directly.
