I need protein ideas besides hard-boiled eggs!
A: My fave morning protein foods besides eggs, are hemp seeds, yogurt, milk, almond and peanut butter, sprouted grain bread and almonds.
What is the average protein intake per day?
A: How much protein you should get per day varies. For an accurate number, try out the protein calculator on https://milklife.com/high-protein-morning/#/protein-intake!
Does it matter if you drink skim milk or is it better to have a little bit of fat in there?
A: Both fat free and lowfat are great options. All milk has the same 9 essential nutrients including high-quality protein! Personally, at my house, I buy 2% milk since I have a 2-year-old who recently transitioned from whole milk.
What other items would you sub to get more flavor without added salt?
A: Herbs and spices, like a salt-free all-purpose seasoning. I use these a lot in my recipes.
I need one with the pourspout. What is that brand?
A: Anchor. Love mine!
Do they freeze?
A: Yes, they freeze great, for up to one month. Reheat in the microwave, about 60 seconds, from frozen.
Can you make those ahead of time?
A: The frittatas can be frozen or refrigerated after baking. For the full recipe, visit https://milklife.com/articles/recipe/broccoli-and-cheese-frittatas.
I go to Crossfit in the am and need travel-friendly ideas—any ideas?
A: The broccoli/cheddar frittatas are a great option before #crossfit. Visit https://milklife.com/articles/recipe/broccoli-and-cheese-frittatas

Your makeup is on fleek.
A: That is a good thing, apparently. Oh good! Thank you!
