A: Both fat free and lowfat are great options. All milk has the same 9 essential nutrients including high-quality protein! Personally, at my house, I buy 2% milk since I have a 2-year-old who recently transitioned from whole milk.

What other items would you sub to get more flavor without added salt?

A: Herbs and spices, like a salt-free all-purpose seasoning. I use these a lot in my recipes.

A: Yes, they freeze great, for up to one month. Reheat in the microwave, about 60 seconds, from frozen.
