Mango Smoothie Recipe

Looking for a delicious and easy way to incorporate fruit into your day? This recipe provides a time-saving and money-saving way to enjoy a smoothie beverage!

Makes approximately 20 ounces (570 ml) – 2 to 3 servings (about 6 ounces, or 175 ml each)

Prep Time: 5 minutes

2 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and diced

1/2 cup (115 g) ice cubes

1/3 cup (77 g) low-fat vanilla yogurt

2 tablespoons (28 ml) fresh squeezed orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Smoothie can easily be doubled.
